What it is like to work with me
Most of my sessions happen remotely.
That can mean a live phone or Zoom appointment
where we are together throughout the session. It can also mean a non-live remote session, where you send me what you would like explored, permit me to proceed, and receive detailed notes afterward. Both follow the same basic principle: we begin with what matters to you. Here is what that process actually looks like. Two Ways to Meet Remotely: During a live phone or Zoom session, we are connected in real time. You can tell me what has been happening, ask questions, and let me know what you are noticing as we move through the session. Some people like to talk throughout the process. Others prefer to listen quietly while I work.
During a non-live remote session
You send me a list of the concerns you would like explored and permit me to complete the session without remaining on the phone together. At the scheduled time, I use the information you provided to guide the session. Afterward, I send you written notes describing what I explored. You can continue with your day while I work. Nothing happens without your knowledge or permission. The non-live option is not automatically better, deeper, or more effective. It is another format, and some people find that it fits their schedule or the way they prefer to process information.
What Do You Bring?
Bring a list of what you would like support with. It can include emotional patterns, relationship concerns, stress, grief, habits, beliefs, physical discomforts you are already addressing through appropriate care, or something in your life that simply feels stuck. You can include things you want to understand, release, begin, stop, or respond to differently. Big concerns count. Small concerns count. You do not need to organize the list perfectly or decide which concern belongs with the Emotion Code®, Body Code™, or Belief Code®. After more than 10,000 sessions, one thing I have noticed is that the most useful starting point is sometimes the concern someone almost left off the list. The issue that seemed too minor, too unrelated, or too ordinary may be connected to more than someone realized. Sometimes the quiet item at the bottom of the list raises its hand and says, “Actually, I have been running this meeting.”That is why we begin with curiosity rather than assuming we already know where the session should start.
Do You Have to Tell Me the Whole Story?
No.You can share as much or as little as feels useful. Some people want to talk about what happened. Being heard is important to them, and the conversation itself helps us understand what they want from the session. Others already know the story. They have told it before, thought about it for years, or simply do not want another guided tour through the rubble. You do not have to retell every painful detail for me to take your experience seriously. I may ask questions to understand what you want help with, make sure I have your consent, or determine whether energy healing is an appropriate fit. I do not need you to prove that something was painful by making you relive it.You remain in control of what you share. What Do I Do During the Session? I approach each session with curiosity rather than judgment. We begin with the concerns you provided. I use muscle testing as a complementary wellness tool to help guide my questions and explore where it may be useful to begin. Sometimes we start with exactly what you expected. Sometimes one concern appears connected to another pattern, emotion, belief, or area of imbalance. Depending on what emerges, I may use the Emotion Code®, Body Code™, Belief Code®, or a combination of approaches. You do not have to choose the correct method before we begin. That is part of what I sort through during the session.
Muscle testing does not prove that a particular belief, emotion, memory, or energetic imbalance caused a specific problem. It does not establish medical or psychological facts. I use it to guide exploration, not to make unquestionable declarations about your life. Your goals, values, consent, and readiness remain central throughout the process. What Is a Live Session Like? A live session usually lasts about forty-five minutes, although some are slightly shorter or closer to an hour. You can sit, lie down, walk around, or do whatever helps you feel comfortable. I will explain what I am exploring as we go. You can ask questions, share what you notice, or listen quietly.
Some people notice emotions, memories, images, words, warmth, tiredness, physical sensations, or a feeling of lightness during a session. Others do not notice anything unusual in the moment. There is no particular sensation you are supposed to have. A strong sensation does not automatically prove that something important happened. Feeling very little does not automatically mean the session had no value. I encourage people to notice their experience without forcing it to mean something. You do not need to search your body afterward like an airport security agent looking for evidence.
What Happens During a Non-Live Session?
Before the appointment, you send me the concerns you would like explored and permit me to proceed. At the scheduled time, I work through the session using that list and the same general muscle-testing process I use during a live appointment. You do not need to stop what you are doing or create a particular environment. You can continue with your ordinary day. After the session, I send you notes explaining what I explored. Some people prefer receiving the information in writing because they can read it slowly, return to it later, and notice what feels relevant without having to process everything during a conversation. Other people prefer the immediate interaction of a live session. Neither preference is more correct. The best format is the one that feels most comfortable and workable for you.
What Might You Notice Afterward?
People have different experiences after a session. Some report feeling lighter, calmer, tired, thoughtful, emotional, or more aware of a pattern. Some notice dreams, memories, or new connections over the following days. Others notice gradual changes rather than an immediate shift. Some feel much the same. I send written notes so you can see what was explored without needing to remember every part of the session. I also recommend drinking water, resting when needed, and giving yourself a little room to notice what unfolds without demanding an immediate result. Not every feeling, symptom, dream, or change after an appointment should automatically be attributed to the session. New, severe, persistent, or worsening physical or emotional concerns deserve appropriate evaluation from a qualified medical or mental-health professional.
What Does “Complete” Mean?
When I say a session is complete, I mean we have finished what could reasonably be explored within that appointment. It does not mean every concern in your life has been resolved. Sometimes one session feels sufficient for what someone brought. Sometimes another layer becomes clearer later. Some people schedule a short series of sessions spaced apart so they have time to notice what changes and what still feels important. Others come once and decide that is enough. There is no required package and no expectation that you continue indefinitely.
My goal is to offer a thoughtful, respectful process that helps you explore what you are carrying and decide what feels useful next.
Can Remote Energy Healing Really Work?
That is a reasonable question. Remote energy healing is a complementary wellness practice. I can explain how I conduct sessions, what tools I use, and the kinds of experiences people may report. I cannot promise a particular result or prove that an energetic pattern caused a specific physical, psychological, or life concern. You are welcome to ask questions, take your time, and decide whether the process fits your beliefs, comfort level, and goals. That is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
We can talk about what you would like support with, discuss the difference between live and non-live sessions, and decide whether my work feels like an appropriate place to begin. There is no pressure and nothing you need to prepare.---*Energy-healing services are complementary and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition.
