1. Can the Emotion Code or Body Code help me heal my _______?
My peers and I have seen all kinds of problems helped with the Emotion Code and the Body Code. Remember that the underlying cause of all disease is imbalance; the most common underlying imbalance that drives all symptoms is trapped emotions. The Body Code allows us to fill in the blanks by giving us a very simple way to ask the subconscious mind what other underlying imbalances there may be, whether they are from pathogens, nutritional deficiencies, toxicity, structural imbalances, circuitry imbalances and so on.
I like emphasizing that the Emotion Code and the Body Code are never to be used to treat disease; instead, they are used to remove the underlying causes of disease, allowing the body to heal itself. This may seem like a fine distinction, but it is important to point out. We allow the medical community to treat diseases. We just remove imbalances so that your body can start the process of healing itself.
Having said all this, I guess the bottom line is there is no way to tell if the Emotion code or Body code can help you unless you try it!

2. Do Heart-wall Emotions get released in any specific order?

Heart-Wall emotions may come up for release in the order they were laid down, or in a more random order. Sometimes the last emotion that became part of the Heart-Wall will be the last one released, sometimes the first. You never know what order they will take!

3. Can I tell if my trapped emotions have been released?

Yes. People experience a sense of feeling less burdened, thus more energetic, happier, healthier, and freer after the first session. Naturally, the degree of change is different for different people. The more trapped emotions are released the better you’ll feel.

4. What are the differences between the Emotion Code & the Body Code?
The Emotion Code.
“The Emotion Code a part of The Body Code. The Emotion Code restores balance and creates energetic harmony to your physical, mental and spiritual being. The Emotion Code only deals with the energetic and emotional imbalances, and while 80% of the imbalances we suffer from are emotional in nature they can cause many different physical issues.” – Dr. Bradley Nelson

The Body Code.
Bradley Nelson says “The Body Code re-aligns the physical and releases toxins, imbalances, and much more. The Body Code covers the complete spectrum of healing and includes a way for us to find all of the imbalances we may be suffering from.” Six of the imbalances are listed in the chapter “What is the Body Code? You can learn more about The Body Code by visiting: http://bodycodehealingsystem.com
= The Emotion & Body Code is not a new age fad. Dr. Nelson started using them 30 years ago.

5. Why is the unconscious not included in the 90-10% rule?

Most of us are unaware that our subconscious mind is responsible for 90% of our brain’s processing power. This leaves our other 10% for conscious thinking.

“The terms "subconscious" and "unconscious" are often used interchangeably, but they can have slightly different meanings depending on the context. In general, both refer to mental processes that are not immediately accessible to conscious awareness.
The "subconscious" typically refers to the part of the mind that influences thoughts and behaviors without conscious awareness. It includes things like automatic habits, emotions, and memories that may not be in your immediate awareness but can still impact your actions.

The "unconscious," on the other hand, is a broader term that encompasses mental processes that are not conscious, including those that are not easily accessible to awareness. In some psychological theories, the unconscious may involve deeper layers of the mind, containing repressed memories, desires, or unresolved conflicts.
While there is some overlap, the distinctions between these terms can vary depending on the specific psychological or philosophical framework being used. The concept of "trapped emotions" is often associated with certain alternative or energy healing practices rather than mainstream psychology. In these approaches, practitioners may suggest that emotions, particularly negative ones, can become "trapped" in the body or unconscious mind, potentially causing physical or emotional issues.
Practices like energy psychology or certain forms of body-oriented psychotherapy aim to release or resolve these trapped emotions. However, it's important to note that the ideas around trapped emotions and their release might not align with scientifically established psychological concepts.” – Kelly Blakey

6. What are the differences between the Emotion Code and Reiki?
Much like Reiki, the Emotion Code is a powerful way to clear your mind, body, and spirit. Both are considered energy healing practices. But there are differences and they provide harmonizing benefits. While Reiki applies universal energy to help you rebalance, the Emotion Code tends to be more specific and more active.
Reiki practitioners work as your partner, redirecting and channeling energy to heal and harmonize your energy. They may work on your chakras to ease symptoms like stress, sleeplessness, and pain. Receiving Reiki is typically very relaxing and passive—almost meditative. Your energy guides the Reiki practitioner. Many people feel lighter after a session.

The Emotion Code®
“The Emotion Code tends to be deeper and specific, accessing specific ages and experiences in your life – some you may remember and others you might not. Sessions are often more active as your practitioner hones into moments in your life, moments that you may not even realize built up over time have caused a blockage.
You may feel tired or lighter after your Emotion Code session. Days or weeks later, you may notice benefits as your decisions and awareness become clearer. You can build upon your sessions to work through emotional baggage, including your heart wall.”
Emotion Code helps you identify or recall moments in your life that caused emotional scarring. Some people feel like it’s more efficient than other therapies as it directs you quickly to where you must let go to move forward.” – Allison Karoly, July 7, 2021
