Why releasing trapped emotions helps us to attract abundance.

 

The state of your life is nothing more than a reflection of the state of your mind. This is why: “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” – Wayne Dyer.

 

When your trapped emotions are released, it is much easier to have the energy to change. Trapped emotions are roadblocks that prevent us from attracting more love, happiness, and wealth. After our trapped emotions are released, we’ll feel lighter, less burdened, and freer. This enables us to start the “attracting abundance process”.

Kelly’s 6 steps to start your process to attract abundance:

  1. Our first thought of the day is to be grateful.  

  2. Start feeling positive by asking: “What would it feel like when we achieved our goals?”  

  3. We must not ask God:   How do I go about getting what I want?  Instead we should ask:  How do I go about getting what I intend to co-create with God. 

  4. This will initiate “the law of attraction “ which is really “the law of vibration” that raises our energy so that we can:  do the necessary mindset and work to attract abundance and do the necessary mindset and work to achieve our goals.

  5. Commit. The moment one definitely commits to oneself then Providence moves too!  "All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred.” – Goethe

  6. Be what you are trying to attract. So start being abundant by being generous to others in all aspects of your life.  

 

Note:  It is impossible to attract abundance when thinking about what is missing in our lives. All this negative thinking only attracts more of what we are lacking.
