This may often be a first-time session and is designed to provide a comprehensive healing experience so that we can target and eliminate obstacles which prevent you from experiencing a full and happy life. Sessions can either be working toward general wellness or targeted to a specific issue.  We may determine the best modality for you and may quickly discuss and even shift.  When you invest in yourself, you gain something you will live with for the rest of your life!
